Our CNC Milling and Turning Department allows us to offer quality products at competitive prices. The machines that we have on site give us a variety of machining ability from the small to large. These are examples of just a few of our jobs with turning, milling, boring and threading.

Electrical Department
We have an Electrical Department to service motor repairs that you may require. We repair or rebuild motors from 3/4 hp to 50 hp.
Dynamic Balancing
Our Electric Shop also offers Dynamic Balancing. We can balance items up to 8 ft long.
Repair and Rebuild Heavy Equipment Parts
Nearhoof Machine has many years of experience in the repair and rebuilding of Heavy Equipment Parts for the local coal industry. Items that we have done include tilt levers, bore & install bushings, trunions, clevis, brake shoes, shafts, adjusting bolts and many other items.
Hydraulic Cylinder Repair
We also repair and repack hydraulic cylinders up to 8” diameter to 8 feet long.
